Pre-built PCs: 14-day return window from delivery. PC must be returned in original condition and packaging. Customer covers return shipping unless the unit arrived defective or damaged.
Custom builds: Because these are built to your spec, custom builds are final sale once assembly begins, except in cases of defective components (covered under manufacturer warranty).
