Terms and Conditions — Optimization Services

By purchasing an Optimization Service from PulzeTech, you agree to the terms below in addition to our general Shipping, Returns, and Remote Session policies.

1. Service Description

PulzeTech's optimization services (Quick Tune, Deep Optimization, Full Service, and the Streaming Setup add-on) are performed remotely via our designated remote access tool. Services include software-level adjustments such as driver updates, startup/process cleanup, power plan tuning, BIOS updates, undervolting/overclocking, and related system optimizations as described on each service's product page.

2. Remote Access Authorization

By purchasing, you authorize PulzeTech technicians to remotely access and control your PC for the duration of the service. You agree to:

  • Provide functioning remote access software and a stable internet connection
  • Remain reasonably available during the session for authentication or approval requests
  • Ensure the device being serviced is one you own or have explicit authority to modify

3. Data Backup — Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for backing up your data before any service begins. While PulzeTech takes reasonable care, optimization work — particularly BIOS updates, driver changes, and system file modifications — carries an inherent risk of data loss, corruption, or system instability. PulzeTech is not liable for any data loss that occurs during or after a service.

4. BIOS Updates — Additional Risk Acknowledgment

BIOS updates carry inherent risk, including but not limited to boot failure, hardware incompatibility, or the need for professional recovery. PulzeTech performs BIOS updates only where reasonably deemed safe and beneficial, but cannot guarantee against failure due to factors outside our control (power interruption, pre-existing hardware faults, manufacturer firmware issues). By purchasing a service that includes BIOS updates, you accept this risk.

5. No Guarantee of Specific Results

Optimization outcomes vary based on your hardware, existing software environment, and system condition. PulzeTech does not guarantee specific FPS increases, benchmark scores, or performance improvements. Services are performed using industry-standard practices and reasonable technical skill, but results are not guaranteed.

6. No Money-Back Guarantee

All optimization services are final sale once the session has been performed. Because these are labor and expertise-based services delivered in real time, refunds are not available on the basis of dissatisfaction with outcome alone. If a service was not delivered as described, or a technical error on our part caused harm to your system, contact us — see Section 8.

7. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Sessions are booked via our scheduling link. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least [X hours] in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in cancellation of the order without refund.

8. Service Issues and Remedies

If you believe a service was performed incorrectly, incompletely, or caused unintended harm to your system, contact us within [X days] of the session at [support email]. We will review the session and, at our discretion, offer a corrective session, partial credit, or other resolution. This does not constitute a guarantee of refund.

9. Third-Party Software and Licenses

Some optimization work may involve third-party tools (driver utilities, benchmarking software, undervolting tools). PulzeTech is not responsible for the behavior, licensing, or continued availability of third-party software used during a service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulzeTech's total liability for any claim arising from an optimization service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. PulzeTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data, lost time, or lost income.

11. Changes to These Terms

PulzeTech may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
